Senior Business Development Executive (Remote)

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive with expertise in selling financial and marketing services, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Your role will involve understanding client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of financial and marketing services. You will work closely with internal teams to develop strategies that meet client objectives and contribute to the company’s overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and target potential clients in need of financial and marketing services.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with regular updates and addressing any concerns.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Solution Selling:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized financial and marketing service solutions for clients.
    • Present and pitch tailored services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of the offerings.
    • Ensure the successful delivery of services and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  4. Strategic Planning:
    • Work with senior management to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
    • Provide feedback on service offerings and suggest improvements based on client interactions.
  5. Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and client feedback.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Track and manage business development KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  6. Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and service delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
    • Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment on client needs and project timelines.
    • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the financial or marketing services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial and marketing service offerings, industry trends, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and financial products.
