HR Lead

Timings: 4pm to 1am

Position Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, particularly in
Sales, Accounts, and Digital Marketing roles.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional
networks.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate
experience.

HR Operations:
• Oversee daily HR operations, including employee records management, attendance tracking,
and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of
legal requirements.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated and
adhered to across the organization.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance
management.

Performance Management:
• Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring fair and consistent
evaluations.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development
strategies.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, recommending interventions where necessary.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work
environment.
• Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
• Lead efforts to reduce employee turnover, including career development programs and
succession planning.

Training & Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs for
employees.
• Support managers in developing their teams, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.

HR Reporting & Analytics:
• Prepare and present regular HR reports, including recruitment metrics, turnover rates, and
employee satisfaction scores.
• Use HR analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in HR, ideally 7-10 years, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR
operations.
Industry Experience: Preferably from the BPO sector; experience in recruiting Sales, Accounts, and
Digital Marketing employees is essential.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s
degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
